How much does diagnostics cost?
Diagnostics are free if you order the repair. If the fault isn't confirmed or you decide not to repair, there's no charge for the inspection.
How long does a repair take?
Simple faults are fixed within 1–2 hours; complex component repairs take 1–3 days. If a rare part is needed, it can take up to a week. Urgent repairs are possible on the day you call.
Do you provide a repair warranty?
Yes, we provide a warranty on completed work and installed parts — from 3 to 12 months depending on the type of repair.
Is my data kept safe during repair?
Yes. Before any software work, with your consent, we back up your data. Files are never shared with third parties.
Do I need to book in advance?
It's best to call ahead — we'll arrange a convenient time. Urgent cases are accepted on the day you call.
